Mobility drills

Bench press/chinups 135-10/7, 185-10/10-6, 205-8/15-6, 225-7/20-5, 245-4/25-4

Alt Incline D press/cable rows 50-10/135-8, 60-8/150-8, 70-7/165-8, 75-6/180-6

Standing Press/Cable upright Rows 95-10/90-10, 115-10/90-10, 135-10/90

Incline pushup/Body rows 20/11, 18/12


Seated ball twists 10, plank 1 minute, rest 1 minute 3 rounds
